One cut up section of skid steer track, taken from one of Andrew’s Takeuchi skid steers. These tracks were about 18″ wide and are cut to approx 12″ pieces. Weight is in the 30-35lb range. Most of the tracks are signed in a lower part (ie, not the tread part) but a few are signed on the rougher top tread. However, all are signed with a paint pen, as shown in the product photos. Tracks have not been cleaned so there is dirt still on them.
Safety: These tracks are heavy and have large protruding metal pieces from where it locks into the final drive. In addition, there is stranded steel cable going through the rubber, which is sharp where the track pieces have been cut. It’s easy to cut yourself on these so it’s not recommended to handle this without heavy duty gloves. In addition, keep them out of the way of people/childen who are not going to know to handle them carefully.
A note on price and shipping. These used to be priced at 100+5 shipping, but they are now priced at 70+35 shipping — so the same shipped price. The reason is that, as of late October 2024, the store is now set up for weight-based shipping, which was always the plan for the store. The shipping being charged is a general reflection of average actual costs for shipping within the lower 48.
